I use an iterative, learner-centered design process grounded in ADDIE and continuous improvement. Each project begins with stakeholder consultation and needs analysis, and ends with measurable evaluation using the Kirkpatrick model. Accessibility and learner equity are integrated throughout every stage.
Process Overview:
• Analyze: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to define business goals, performance gaps, learner characteristics, and delivery constraints.
• Design: Define measurable learning objectives, select the best modality, ensure accessibility requirements are identified, and create detailed outlines and storyboards.
• Develop: Build ADA-compliant learning materials: eLearning modules, guides, videos, and job aids; using iterative feedback from SMEs and pilot testers.
• Implement: Launch through LMS or live sessions, train facilitators, support learners, and establish evaluation checkpoints.
• Evaluate: Collect feedback, assessment data, and performance metrics using the Kirkpatrick model: Level 1 (reaction), Level 2 (learning), Level 3 (behavior change), and when possible, Level 4 (organizational results), to measure impact and refine content.
